FIFA has ordered the Wydad Casablanca of Morocco to pay Simon Msuva Tsh Bilion 1.6.

FIFA has ordered the Wydad Casablanca Football Club of Morocco to pay Tanzanian player Simon Msuva more than seven hundred thousand US dollars (Tshs. 1.6 billion) after the player won a lawsuit filed against him.

Msuva, who grew up to sign a four-year contract, was forced to terminate his contract in December 2021 due to the club claiming arrears of wages and registration fees.

Simon Msuva

Simon Happygod Msuva born December 3, 1993 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, is a footballer who plays as a winger for the Al Jadida team from Morocco.

Msuva is the Vodacom Tanzania Mainland Premier League top scorer for the 2014-2015 season: scoring 17 goals. In 2016-2017 he emerged again as the top scorer with fourteen goals. He was also the top scorer in the 2015 Revolution Cup scoring four goals.

Mr Msuva has been linked with a move to South African Premier League club Bidvest and his bid was successful but his Young Africans Sc club refused to sell the winger due to an agreement with the club.

At the beginning of 2017, he signed a contract with Al Jadida in Morocco.
