✅ Qualifications for Polling Station Supervisors & Assistants:
Applicants must:

Be a Tanzanian citizen.
-
Be at least 18 years old.
-
Not be a leader of any political party.
-
Have completed Form Four (O-Level) or higher education.
-
Be literate in Swahili or English, and able to read and understand the Polling Station Instruction Manual.

Be a resident of the ward where they are applying to work.
✅ Qualifications for Voter Guide Clerks:
Applicants must:
-
Be a Tanzanian citizen.
-
Be at least 18 years old.
-
Not be a political party leader.
-
Be of good character, obedient, and mentally sound.
-
Have completed Form Four (O-Level) or higher education.
-
Be literate in Swahili or English, and able to read and understand the Clerk’s Instruction Manual.

Be a resident of the ward they are applying to serve.
💰 Remuneration:
-
Polling Station Supervisor: TZS 70,000/day × 2 days
-
TZS 20,000 for meals
-
TZS 20,000 transport allowance.

Assistant Supervisor: TZS 65,000/day × 2 days

TZS 20,000 for meals
-
TZS 20,000 transport allowance.

Voter Guide Clerk: TZS 65,000 for 1 day

TZS 20,000 for meals.

Training Days (All roles): TZS 50,000 per day + TZS 20,000 transport allowance per day.
📄 General Application Requirements:
All applicants must:

Clearly indicate the ward and the position being applied for.

Be ready to work at any polling station assigned.

Attach the following documents:

Copies of academic certificates (Form Four and any professional certificates, if applicable).

A CV showing address, reliable contact numbers, and names & NIDA numbers of two referees.

Two recent passport-size photos.
-
A recommendation letter from the local government official (village/street leader).

Public servants must submit their application through their employer.
