We are looking for a professional, presentable, and customer-oriented Office Receptionist to join our team in Dar es Salaam.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the front desk and welcoming visitors
• Handling and directing incoming calls
• Managing appointment schedules
• Assisting with basic administrative tasks
• Receiving, sorting, and distributing correspondence
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Arabic
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Well-presented, organized, and able to multitask
