Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support and oversee core Human Resources functions, ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and employee well-being in a luxury hospitality environment.

Required Qualifications

Office & Professional Skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

  • High level of confidentiality and records management

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance

  • Experience in expatriate recruitment and work permit processing

  • Ability to manage HR documentation and employee records efficiently

Personal & Interpersonal Skills

  • Fast adaptation to new environments and situations

  • Strong stress management and problem-solving abilities

  • Willingness and flexibility to live and work in remote areas

  • Ability to act as:

    • A trusted listener for staff

    • A strong representative between management and employees

Academic & Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field

  • Proven experience in Human Resources responsibilities

  • Candidates with hospitality industry experience will have an added advantage
