Job Summary

The Direct Sales Agents will support the sales of Retail Banking Liabilities products at the branch level. The role focuses on achieving agreed sales targets through proactive selling, customer acquisition, and delivery of excellent customer service in line with NBC’s business objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and sell liabilities (deposit) products

  • Generate quality leads and ensure effective follow-up to convert leads into sales

  • Participate in sales activations and promotional campaigns

  • Support customer on-boarding via digital and website platforms

  • Assist customers with account opening in line with NBC policies and requirements

  • Submit completed documentation to Operations for processing

  • Ensure compliance with:

    • NBC operational risk standards

    • Health & Safety requirements

    • KYC and Anti-Money Laundering regulations

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager

Minimum Qualifications

Education & Eligibility

  • At least Form Four Certificate, Diploma, or Degree

  • Minimum age: 18 years

  • Basic knowledge of banking products

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized and self-motivated

  • Strong follow-up and customer engagement skills

  • Ability to work independently and as a team player

  • Willingness to take accountability for individual results
