Job vacancies at National Prosecution Office – KATIBU SHERIA DARAJA LA II – 35 POST

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

i. Receiving copies of Court records related to criminal proceedings;

ii. Keeping a diary of the hearing date, Submitting various documents to the court and the parties concerned;

iii. Monitoring the documents required in criminal proceedings;

iv. Maintaining criminal case files;

v. Receiving the schedule of proceedings (cause listing), preparing the relevant files, and sending them to the Head of Section for assigning the Government Attorneys;

v. Maintaining criminal case files;

vii. Keeping a Record of Laws and Bylaws; and

viii. To do other work as directed by his Head of work

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Employed Fourth/Sixth Form Graduates with a Diploma in Law from a College recognized by the Government.
