JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Understanding and implementation of lifting procedure and local legislations.
- Ensuring that all personnel involved in lifting operations understand the requirements of this procedure.
- Ensuring that all personnel involved in lifting operations understand the requirements of this procedure.
- Coaching and mentoring of onsite lifting personnel and participation in risk assessment.
- Facilitate and supervise critical lifting operations as well as non-critical lifting operations.
- Maintaining lifting equipment stock levels.
- Ensure rigging and hardware arrangements are suitable and in line with LOP.
- Ensuring that all lifting operations performed on site are prepared, organised and executed as per this

- Standard and Specific Lifting Procedure.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Relevant lifting management work experience more than 5 years.
- Age 45 years old below.
- University degree Strong English writing and speaking skills. 4.
- Careful and serious, strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to independently complete the development of lifting programme and comply with EACOP standards.
- Able to independently lead and manage a lifting team, and regularly train the team on safe lifting.
- Need to be personally equipped with a work computer
- Need to be certified as a Lifting Supervisor by LEEA or have work experience certification as a Lifting
- Supervisor by a third party organisation recognised by EACOP.
