Mr. Ndunguru has said that his office has processed all transfer requests submitted from January-July, 2023.
In addition, he has asked the employees who were on the transfer list in the announcement made
January 21, 2023 and until now they have not received transfer permits to reach their council offices because the permits have already been sent.
He has also asked all the employees who got an exchange transfer that they are not allowed to request to cancel the transfer after the transfer letters have been issued because the exchange employee has already reported to the new work station.
Likewise, he emphasized that all employees who received transfer permits wait for the letters at their councils and not go to the President’s Office-TAMISEMI to follow those letters.
He has also asked the Wot Directors of Local Government Authorities to issue transfer permits to those employees who completed the process and obtained transfer permits because transfer is the right of every employee.
Lastly, he has asked all employees who request a transfer to comply with all transfer procedures as specified in the Staff Circular no. 2 of the year 2018 a the instructions of the Secretary General, Office of the President-Utimishi that he issued through a letter with Ref. FA.228/613/01/1 dated August 11, 2023.
