Join The Mora as Digital Guest Experience Host who is responsible for the digital communication with both guests and the marketing representation of the hotel you will act as brand ambassador for The Mora and bring the Mora philosophy to life by providing exceptional customer service.
About The Job
- Responsible for the content management and Live chat of the Mora App as well as hotel’s interactive In-room TV and Digital signage.
- Manages the hotel social media platforms by creating engaging content and handling customer communication across these channels via direct messaging.
- Content management of the online check-in via Canary platform.
- Promotes ancillaries on digital channels like App, Digital signage, and In-Room TV.
About You
- Experience in the field of media/ social media/ online marketing/ app or equivalent.
- Previous hotel-related experience preferable not essential.
- Proven ability to create creative content and to develop brand’s marketing presence throughout all channels.
- Good knowledge of photography and videography.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- Time-management, organizational skills, and team player.
- Languages required – Swahili and strong English required for this role.
