Purpose of the position

Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Also to actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling , networking and social
media.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor degree in Marketing /Sales , Business Administration or related field of the
  study
• 2-3years progressive Sales experience Within Real Estate Industry
• Not more than 40 years of age
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good negotiation skills and Strategic prospecting.
•  Computer literacy. (proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
• High knowledge of IT will be an added advantage

Job description

• Provide guidance and assist buyers in renting the property for the right price under the
  best terms
• Display and market real property to possible clients
• Prepare necessary paperwork (Contract, leases , deeds etc)
• Maintain and update listings of available property
• Promote sales through Advertisements, Open houses and Listing services.
