Job Purpose:
The Financial Analyst will focus on analyzing financial data and trends, providing insights that contribute to the economic analyses in the Economists Talk Magazine.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with economists and analysts to integrate financial perspectives into economic analyses.
• Provide insights on the impact of financial developments on the broader economic landscape.
• Prepare reports and articles on financial topics for the magazine.
• Stay updated on financial regulations and industry best practices.

Personal Specifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
