Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sells products and/or services to meet the customer’s needs.
- Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers he/she comes in contact with.
- Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur.
- Provide customers with the correct parts as required.
- Maintains the retail store and displays clean and organized.
- Manage inventory to ensure the physical stock matches the system stock.
- Performs routine housekeeping tasks that maintain and enhances the cleanliness of products and the retail sales area.
- Performs other tasks as required by Manager.
- Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns and make sure the problem is resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Treat customers fairly and with honesty, and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices.
- Keeps himself/herself well-groomed and clothed.
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Must have Diploma in Automotive Engineering
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate well
- Ability to effectively listen
- Ability to interpret customer needs
- Good organizational skills
- Preferably ladies
