Position Overview:
We are seeking five dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
•Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
•Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
•Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
•Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
•Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
•Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the steel industry or related sectors.
•Strong fluency in English; proficiency in Swahili is an added advantage.
•Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
