Job Description:
The Area Sales Supervisor will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, plans, and targets as directed by the Sales & Marketing Department. Key duties include:
✅ Driving sales and marketing activities.
✅ Building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
✅ Understanding mobile money market dynamics.
✅ Acquiring new business opportunities.
✅ Projecting a positive brand image for both the company and themselves.
Qualifications & Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s or Diploma in Business, Finance, or any relevant field.
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the Telecom or Banking sector.
✔️ Strong customer focus and problem-solving abilities.
✔️ A broad understanding of mobile money market trends.
✔️ Self-motivated, energetic, creative, and results-driven.
✔️ Excellent leadership and communication skills.
