Are you an experienced leader with technical know-how? Do you have what it takes to manage a dynamic workshop team and ensure top-notch operations? ZanTours is looking for a Head of Workshop to join our team in Zanzibar!
Role & Responsibilities:
✅ Lead, mentor, and manage workshop staff.
✅ Oversee daily workshop operations and maintain high-quality standards.
✅ Plan and coordinate daily job tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
✅ Source spare parts internationally and manage inventory efficiently.
✅ Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and maintain safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Native English speaker with excellent communication skills.
✔ Proven leadership experience in workshop or operations management.
✔ Strong technical expertise and ability to plan and report effectively.
✔ Well-mannered, professional, and a team player.
✔ Previous experience in the travel/tourism industry is a plus.
