Giraffe Oil is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Tanzania. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our growth in the oil and gas industry.

Position: Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Tanzania

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

  • Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.

  • Track and report on sales performance metrics.

• Marketing:

  • Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across various platforms.

  • Develop and manage content for social media, website, and other marketing channels.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer preferences.

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create promotional materials.

  • Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the oil and gas industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.

• Knowledge of social media marketing and SEO is a plus.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• At least 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, especially in oil and gas.
