📌 Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the construction industry.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA certification is required.

Skills: Ability to prepare detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, or similar accounting frameworks, as well as accounting software.

Tax Knowledge: Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
