1. Operations Officer
As a Logistics Operations Officer, you’ll be at the core of daily logistics coordination—managing transportation, warehousing, stock control, and distribution. Your role is vital in ensuring goods move smoothly, safely, and on time.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee cargo handling: offloading, tallying, and sealing

Monitor container movements and stock records
-
Supervise warehouse traffic and ensure scale calibration

Respond to operational incidents promptly
Qualifications:
-
Diploma/Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics or operations

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
2. Freight Controller
The Freight Controller role is crucial in monitoring freight movement from start to finish, ensuring efficient delivery, and liaising with carriers, clients, and customs.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor inbound/outbound shipments

Schedule and track freight using logistics systems

Analyze costs, resolve delivery issues, and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications:

Degree in Logistics or related field

Proven experience in freight/logistics coordination

Excellent multitasking and communication skills
3. Import Controller
Join us as an Import Controller and be responsible for managing all aspects of the import process—ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate imports from origin to final delivery

Liaise with brokers, suppliers, and customs

Maintain accurate documentation and import records
Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor’s in International Trade or Logistics

2–3 years of experience in import operations

Familiarity with Incoterms, customs regulations, and SAP/customs portals
