🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day construction operations to ensure compliance with civil and structural standards.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors for seamless execution.

Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Conduct technical issue resolution and recommend site-based corrective actions.

Implement safety protocols and conduct risk mitigation.
-
Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with design specifications.

Manage accurate documentation including progress reports and engineering drawings.
🛠️ Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.

Risk management and problem-solving expertise.

Team leadership and site management experience.

Proficient in AutoCAD and project management tools.

Ability to analyze and execute construction plans efficiently.

Strong attention to detail and technical report writing.
🎓 Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Must be registered with ERB as a Professional Engineer with a valid practicing license.

Minimum 6 years of industry experience.

High proficiency in construction design and software.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
