🎯 Key Responsibilities

As a Field Officer, you will:

Support the implementation of digital and community engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with government and educational stakeholders at ward and district levels.
Work directly with schools, teachers, and local communities to drive program impact.
Collect and manage project data using MEAL processes.

✅ Required Qualifications

Candidates should have:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Community Development, Education, or a related field.
3+ years’ experience in community engagement or adult behaviour change programs.
Experience working in rural communities and understanding their dynamics.
Strong collaboration skills with local government authorities.
Experience with digital or tech-based education programs.
Comfort working with teachers and school leadership.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Learning) frameworks.
