🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage medical records and ensure adherence to health regulations.

  • Prepare comprehensive health reports for internal management use.

  • Conduct health awareness campaigns tailored for industrial workers.

  • Implement and oversee infection control and hygiene standards.

🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills

To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a practicing medical doctor.

  • Possess a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from a recognized institution.

  • Be registered with the Medical Council of Tanganyika.

  • Experience in occupational/industrial medicine is a plus.

  • Capable of emergency response and handling workplace health risks.

  • Must hold NIDA and TIN identification.

  • Submit an introduction letter from a local government authority and two referee letters.
