🚀 Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Controller, your mission will be to ensure smooth execution of logistics operations, from shipment planning to on-site coordination. Your core duties include:

Monitoring pre-alert shipments to verify documentation and compliance.

Supporting the sales team with pricing and quoting.

Coordinating loading and unloading activities to avoid delays.

Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Preparing timely operational reports and updates.

Communicating efficiently with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Attending port or site operations, as needed.
🧩 Qualifications & Skills
Ideal candidates should have:

A Diploma or higher in Shipping, Port Management, or Logistics.

Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping or logistics.

Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Strong MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
