🔑 Job Summary
The Relationship Officers will be responsible for managing and expanding the bank’s SME and Micro customer portfolios. The role involves providing tailored financial solutions, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving portfolio growth while minimizing credit risk.
Key tasks include:

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Conducting market analysis to understand trends.

Managing credit risk and ensuring compliance.

Following up with clients to ensure timely service delivery.

Supporting customers with their financial needs.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Banking & Finance, or related field from a recognized university.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a bank or financial institution (preferred).

Strong knowledge of SME lending, risk assessment, and market trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
