Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement plans in line with company strategyandpolicy.
- Negotiate supplier contracts, and ensure value for money in all purchases. ∙ Supervise procurement staff, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate record- keeping.
- Maintain supplier relationships and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
- Enforce procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- dSupport budgeting and cost-control efforts across departments. ∙ Lead and mentor the procurement team to ensure performance excellence.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
- Certified Procurement and Supplies Professional (CPSP-T) is anadvantage
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail procurement management.
