Mchengerwa and Masauni start the implementation of the presidents order
The Minister of State, Office of the President TAMISEMI Hon. Mohamed Mchengerwa and the Minister of Internal Affairs, Engineer Hamad Masauni have met in a Special Session, the aim is to discuss the implementation of the order of the President of the United Republic of Tanzania, Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan regarding Participation of the Council in financing Defense and Security Projects and activities.

The order was issued on September 4, this year during the Opening Ceremony of the Senior Police Officers’ Working Session held in Dar es Salaam.
The meeting involved senior leaders of both ministries as well as experts from the Police Force and the Office of the President-TAMISEMI.
Speaking at the meeting, the Minister of Internal Affairs, Engineer Hamad Masauni said that they are organized and the funds have already come in and the soldiers are already in training at the level of one star and when they leave they will be ready to go to all the wards in the country.
“As you know the objectives of Hon. The President is to send the Government to the people, now using that concept we are sending the Police Force, there have been many complaints from the people sometimes about being caught in a case, but if there are good relations it will help to get information about various crimes’
In fulfilling that ambition Hon. The president has given us funds to promote soldiers to the level of one star and now more than two hundred soldiers are continuing their training and we will disperse them in all the wards, but he has also provided funds for the purchase of motorbikes which will go to the soldiers in those wards” said Masauni
Minister of State, Office of the President Regional Administration and Local Government, Mohamed Mchengerwa said it is important to work and help Hon. Citizens and the instructions given by the Commander-in-Chief are important to be implemented so that the concept of providing protection and security to citizens can be implemented.
“This ministry of ours is its own ministry, so if the President issues instructions, we will start the implementation immediately today, we have received this important information and after this the Secretaries General and teams of experts from both sides will sit down to discuss and see how we go forward to meet the criteria that the Hon. . The president wants it.'” said Mchengerwa.
