About the job: This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Supervisor at SUNDA INTERNATIONAL located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Import Supervisor will be responsible for managing the customs brokerage, ocean import, forwarding, and customer service operations, including the documentation process, customs clearance, and compliance with import regulations. Other responsibilities include tracking shipments, managing vendor relationships, and preparing reports on import activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customs brokerage, ocean import, and forwarding
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of import regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience in creating and maintaining import documentation
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Diploma or equivalent work experience in a related field
• Fluency in English
• Five years of working experience
