The Prevention and Combating of Corruption Act No. 11 of 2007 created the Prevention and Combating of Corruption Bureau (PCCB), a public organization. The Prevention of Corruption Act (PCCA), Chapter 329, which was amended in 2002, was repealed and replaced with this statute. On April 16, 2007, the United Republic of Tanzanian Parliament passed the Prevention and Combating of Corruption Bill of 2007, which led to the creation of this organization. On June 11, 2007, the Prevention and Combating of Corruption Act was signed into law by His Excellency Jakaya Kikwete, the President of the United Republic of Tanzania. It became operative on July 1st, 2007.

Director General of the Institute for the Prevention and Combating of Corruption (PAKUKURU) would like to inform you that the employment process within the Institute has reached the stage of go to Preliminary Investigation Training.
The criteria used in finding people who are required to go to the training are along with the following:-
- • The participant’s performance level in the interview
- • Personality of the partner; and
- • Research on the behavior of each participant
Important Consider
- 1. Each participant must attend the Preliminary Investigation Training which will be held at the Police School Tanzania Moshi;
- 2. In terms of the INVESTIGATION OFFICER position, each participant should report at the Offices of TAKUKURU Kilimanjaro on May 31, 2024 on Friday
- 3. For the position of ASSISTANT INVESTIGATOR every participant should report at the Offices of TAKUKURU Kilimanjaro on 31 July, 2024 on Wednesday
- 4. Instructions regarding participation in this training are specified in the invitation letter
- 5. Invitation letters to go to the training have been sent to the address and email of the chosen ones
