🧑‍💼 Position: Field Officer (1 Post)

• Role Type: Full-time

• Location: Tabora, Tanzania

🎯 Key Responsibilities

As a Field Officer, you will:

• Support the implementation of digital and community engagement initiatives.

• Collaborate with government and educational stakeholders at ward and district levels.

• Work directly with schools, teachers, and local communities to drive program impact.

• Collect and manage project data using MEAL processes.

✅ Required Qualifications

Candidates should have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Community Development, Education, or a related field.

• 3+ years’ experience in community engagement or adult behaviour change programs.

• Experience working in rural communities and understanding their dynamics.

• Strong collaboration skills with local government authorities.

• Experience with digital or tech-based education programs.

• Comfort working with teachers and school leadership.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Learning) frameworks.
