✅ Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Must be 18 years of age or above.

Must be a Tanzanian citizen with at least one valid identification document such as:

National ID (NIDA)

Voter’s ID

Driving License
-
Or any other legally recognized identification.

Must hold a Certificate of Secondary Education (Form Four).

Must reside in Dar es Salaam.

Must be fluent in Kiswahili and/or English, with the ability to read and write effectively.

Must demonstrate discipline, integrity, and good conduct with no criminal record.

Must be capable of using a smartphone (digital literacy required).

Must be ready to attend training provided by TTCL and follow company procedures.

Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
