RESTAURANT MANAGER
We are a fast-growing restaurant and specialty coffee cafe committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences and operating to high international professional standards. We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly professional Restaurant Manager to lead our team, maintain world-class service quality, and drive overall operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant and cafe to ensure compliance with international service and hygiene standards.

Lead, train, and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house staff to foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.

Manage inventory, stock ordering, supplier relationships, and operational budgets to maintain optimal profitability.

Handle customer feedback professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Drive sales growth, monitor key performance metrics, and implement service quality control systems.
Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a managerial role within a high-standard restaurant, cafe, or hospitality environment.

Language: Full fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.

Leadership: Strong team-building, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Standards: In-depth knowledge of international hospitality standards, food safety regulations, and customer service practices.

Problem-Solving: Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and crisis-management abilities.
