Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants for Lecturer positions must:

• Hold a PhD, Master’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field.
• Have a minimum GPA of 4.0 at Master’s level.
• Have a minimum GPA of 3.5 at Bachelor’s level.
• Have academic qualifications that follow a consistent academic track and are related to the relevant field of specialization.

Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be expected to:

• Conduct lectures, seminars and tutorials.
• Administer tests, assignments and examinations.
• Conduct research and contribute to academic publications.
• Provide consultancy services.
• Grade assessments and submit results within institutional deadlines.
• Mentor and guide junior academic staff in professional and academic matters.

2. Assistant Lecturer

Reports to: Head of Department

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must:

• Hold a Master’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field from a recognized institution.
• Have a minimum GPA of 4.0 at Master’s level.
• Have a minimum GPA of 3.5 at Bachelor’s level.
• Have both degrees in a consistent and related field of specialization.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assistant Lecturers will be responsible for:

• Conducting lectures under the guidance of senior academic staff.
• Leading tutorial seminars.
• Preparing teaching aids and learning materials.
• Developing case studies and practical guides.
• Guiding and supervising undergraduate student projects and research.
• Participating in departmental, college and public academic seminars.
