Office of the President, Regional Administration and Local Government (OR – PMO-RALG) has received approval
of 7,612 Health Cadre Employees for Council Hospitals, Health Centers and Dispensaries as well as 9,800 Primary and Secondary School Teachers who will work under the Local Government Authorities.
Thus, graduates from Colleges of Higher Education, Teachers Colleges and Colleges Government-recognized health services are notified to send job applications starting April 20 – 04 May, 2022. Vacancies available to graduates of Diploma (Certificate), Diploma and Degree.
Mode of application
All qualified teachers submit applications online via the link ajirat.tamisemi.go.tz. This announcement is for graduates of Teacher Training Courses starting in 2015 to 2021. Applicants who have previously submitted their applications through the job application system they are required to re-apply.
APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT
Teachers who are required to apply must have the following qualifications:
PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS
Teachers who apply to be employed to teach Primary Schools should have the following qualifications:
i. Teacher Grade III A – Diploma in Teaching Diploma in Education Primary (Certificate in Primary Education);
ii. Grade III B Teacher – Diploma in Teaching who studied Pre-Primary Education;
iii. Grade III B Teacher – Diploma in Teaching who studied Primary Education;
iv. Teacher Class III C – With a Master’s Degree in Education for Initially; and
v. Teacher Grade III A, III B and III C – Diploma, Diploma and Degree in Teaching (Special Education) for
Language and Art.
SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS
i. Grade III B Teacher – Diploma in Teaching who studied Special Language for English Language, Geography, History, Kiswahili, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics;
ii. Grade III C Teacher – With a Master’s Degree in Education Specialized in English Language, Geography, History,
Kiswahili, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics;
iii. Teacher Grade III B – Diploma in Teaching Diploma in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Basic Mathematics;
iv. Grade III Teacher – With a Master’s Degree in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology;
v. Teacher Class III C – With a Master’s Degree in the subject of English Language, English Literature, Chinese Language, French Language and Swahili;
vi. Teacher Grade III C – With a Master’s Degree subject Commerce, Accountancy and Economics;

vii. Teacher Grade III B – Diploma in Teaching Diploma Education subject Book Keeping and Commerce;
viii. Teacher Grade III C – With a Master’s Degree in General Studies, History and Geography;
ix. Grade III B Teacher – Diploma in Teaching Diploma in Studies of Civics, History, Geography, English Language and Kiswahili;
x. Teacher Grade III C – Master of Sports Education (Bachelor of Science in / with Physical Education); and
xi. Teacher Grade III B – Diploma in Sports Education (Diploma in Physical Education).
PROCEDURES FOR APPLYING KADA HEALTH EMPLOYMENT
Qualified Health Cadre Specialists should apply online employment ajira.tamisemi.go.tz. Applicants who have ever submitted their application initially through the job application system they are required to re-apply.
Qualifications of Applicants are as follows: –
- DOCTOR GRADE II
Applicants must have a Degree in Human Medicine from Colleges Government-recognized Universities / Colleges. Applicants should be finished Internship training for a period of not less than one year and
obtain registration from the Tanganyika Medical Council (Medical Council of Tanganyika).
- DENTIST GRADE II
Applicants must have a Degree in Human Medicine from Colleges Government-recognized Universities / Colleges who have completed vocational training An internship of not less than one year and obtaining registration from Tanganyika Medical Council (Medical Council of Tanganyika).
- MEDICINE GRADE II
Applicants should have a Diploma in Clinical Medicine for a period of three years from a Government Recognized College.
- DENTAL GRADE II
Applicants should have a Diploma in Clinical Diploma Dentistry) for a period of three years from a College recognized by Government.
- ASSISTANT MEDICINE
Applicants must have a two-year Diploma in Physician Clinical Assistant Certificate from Recognized College
and Government.
- GRADE II PHARMACIST
Applicants must have a Pharmacy Degree from a recognized College and Government qualified one-year internship and who are registered with the Pharmacy Council.

- TECHNOLOGY GRADE II
Applicants should have a Diploma in the field of Pharmaceutical Technology (Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology) for a period of three years from a Government recognized and registered College and
Pharmacy Council.
- TECHNOLOGY (LABORATORY) GRADE II
Applicants should have a Diploma in the field of Laboratory Technology Diploma in Health Laboratory Science for a period of three years from a Government recognized and registered College and Council of Health Laboratory Professionals Council Practitioners ’Council).
- ASSISTANT TECHNOLOGY (LABORATORY)
Applicants should have a Diploma in the field of Laboratory Technology of Certificate in Health Laboratory Science for years two from a Government recognized and registered College and the Council of Health Laboratory Professionals Counci Practitioners ’Council).
- TECHNOLOGY GRADE II
Applicants should have a Diploma in Radiation (Diploma in Radiology / Radiography) for three years from College
recognized by the Government. Applicants must be registered with the Council Tanzania Radiologists (The Medical Radiology and Imaging Professionals Council).
- TECHNOLOGY GRADE II
Applicants should have a Diploma in the field of Pharmaceutical Technology (Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology) for a period of three years from a Government recognized and registered College and Pharmacy Council.
- TECHNOLOGY (LABORATORY) GRADE II

- TECHNOLOGY GRADE II
Applicants should have a Diploma in Radiation (Diploma in Radiology / Radiography) for three years from College
recognized by the Government. Applicants must be registered with the Council Tanzania Radiologists (The Medical Radiology and Imaging Professionals Council).
- NURSING OFFICER GRADE II
Applicants must have a Nursing Degree from the University recognized by the Government, practical training graduates One-year internship registered with the Nursing Council and Tanzania Nurses and Midwifery Council.
- ASSISTANT NURSING OFFICER GRADE II
Applicants must have a Nursing Diploma of at least one year two from a State-recognized College, registered with the Council Tanzania Nurse and Midwifery Council.
- NURSE GRADE II
Applicants must have a two-year Nursing Certificate from the College recognized by the Government and registered (Enrolled) by the Council of Tanzania Nursing and Midwifery Council (Tanzania Nurse and Midwifery Council).
- STANDARD CONDITIONAL TREATMENT EQUIPMENT II
Applicants should have a standard Technical Diploma (Full Technician Three-year Certificate from a Government Recognized College.

- ASSISTANT ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH OFFICER GRADE II
Applicants must have a Diploma in Environmental Health Sciences three years from a Government recognized college and registered with of Environmental Health Professionals (The Environmental Health Practitioners Registration Council).
- HEALTH SUPPORT
Applicants should be Form Four graduates who have graduated from One year in the field of Health, Community Health or any other training similar to those from Health colleges recognized by Government.
- HEALTH SECRETARY GRADE II
Applicants must have a Health Care Leadership Degree (Health Services Administration) from a Government recognized University.
- SOCIAL WELFARE OFFICER GRADE II
Applicants must have an Advanced Diploma or Diploma (Advanced Diploma) in one of the following fields: Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Social Protection, Guidance and Counceling, Theology, Divinity, Child Protection, Social Policy, Early Childhood Development, Social Gerontology, Dietetics or other professions similar to Social Welfare from the Government College of Higher Education.
- NUTRITION OFFICER GRADE II
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Chemical Science and Nutrition or Food Science and Food Technology (BSc – Nutrition, Home Economics and Nutrition, Food Science and Technology, Food Science)
or Higher Diploma in Nutrition from College of Government-recognized Higher Education.
