JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- To identify potential markets and make sales to obtain potential customers/borrowers
- To conduct thorough loan appraisal to all customers who have shown interest to borrow from BFS
- Prepare and present loan packages/files to the immediate supervisor or line manager
- Monitor all loan repayments from all customers that he/she has disbursed loans
- Make follow up for the late repayments
- Manages credit quality standards through effective management of risk according to the Credit policy
- To perform any other duty that may be assigned by his/her supervisor from time to time
General Qualifications
- A minimum of at least certificate and a maximum of A Bachelor Degree in fields of Business, Finance, Economics, Social Sciences and any other related fields
- Should not be less than 20 and not more 35 years of age
- Experience in credit operations is an added advantage
