Name called for Interview UDOM. The Vice-Chancellor, University of Dodoma (UDOM) would like to inform the job applicants who applied to fill the vacancies of Academics that the interview is expected to be conducted on June 22 and 23, 2023.

The interviewees who are called to the interview should follow the following instructions:-

• Interviews will be held on 22nd and 23rd June, 2023 for screening and interview as specified in this advertisement.
• The time and place where the interview will take place is specified for each Ndaki, Main School and Directorate.
•  Each interviewee should have identification for identification;
• Acceptable IDs include:- resident ID, voter ID, work ID, ID
  citizenship or passport;
• Interviewees must come with their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting with the certificate
  Date of Birth, Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree and so on depending on the applicant’s qualifications;
• Interviewees who submit “Testimonials”, “Provisional Results”, “Statement of results”, form IV and VI results slips (form iv and form vi results slips) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW;
• Each interviewee will pay for food, travel and accommodation;
• Each interviewee should note the date and place he was scheduled to interview;
• For applicants who studied outside Tanzania, make sure their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant Authority (TCU / NECTA);
• Job applicants whose names did not appear in this advertisement should note that they do not meet the criteria. Therefore, do not hesitate to apply again when the job vacancies are announced and comply with the requirements of the relevant announcement.
•  For cadres who are required to be registered with their professional boards, they should bring their original registration certificates as well as licenses to work.
