UTUMISHI Call for interview MDAs & LGAs . The Secretary of the Public Service Employment Secretariat on behalf of MDAs & LGAs would like to inform all job applicants who applied for a job that the interview is expected to be conducted from 06-04-2024 to 09-04-2024 and finally to assign job centers to job applicants who pass the interview.

The interviewees are called in the interview they should follow the following instructions:-

The interview will be held from the date as shown in this announcement, the time and place where the interview will be held is specified for each Cadre.
Each interviewee must arrive at the interview area wearing a mask
Each Respondent should have identification for identification;
Acceptable IDs include:- Resident ID, Voter ID, Work ID, Citizenship ID, Passport or letter of identification from the Local Government/Village you are from.
The interviewees must come with their ACTUAL CERTIFICATES, starting from birth certificate, form IV, VI, diploma, diploma, higher diploma, degree and continue depending on the applicant’s qualifications. 6. Interviewees who submit Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of results, form IV and form VI results slips (form V and form VI results slips) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW. 7. Each interviewee will pay for Food, Travel and Accommodation.
Each Interviewee should note the date, time and place he was scheduled to interview.
For applicants who studied outside of Tanzania, make sure their certificates have been checked and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE or NECTA)
Job applicants whose names did not appear in this advertisement should note that they are not qualified. Therefore, do not hesitate to apply again when the job vacancies are announced and comply with the requirements of the relevant announcement.
For the cadres who are required to be registered with their Professional Boards, they should bring their original registration certificates as well as licenses to work.
All interviewees called to the interview should make sure they log into their accounts and copy the test numbers because those numbers will not be given during the interview
All interviewees are informed that the weather in Dodoma City is cold, so you are advised to wear clothes that withstand the cold weather.

IMPORTANT:

All interviewees are required to update (UPDATE) their information in the Contacts Details area, located in the Personal Details section of their Ajira Portal Accounts, by filling in ‘Current Resident Region’ and ‘Current Resident District’ based on where they are at the moment, so that they can be assigned to conduct an interview in an area close to where they are now.

All interviewees should change immediately according to your locations for being since no interviewee will be allowed to conduct an interview in a center that was not assigned to him. All interviewees will have to do the interview at the centers that they have been assigned according to how they matched the ‘Current Resident Region’ and ‘Current Resident District’
