Call for Interview UTUMISHI Ministry of Education and MSCL. Secretary of the Public Service Employment Secretariat on behalf of the Shipping Services Company (MSCL), the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, would like to inform all Job Applicants who have applied the interview is expected to be conducted from 04-05-2024 to 10-05-2024 finally to arrange job centers for job applicants who will pass the interview. Interviewees who are called to the interview they should observe the following instructions:-
1. The interview will be held from the date as shown in this advertisement, time and place where The interview will be held for each Cadre.
2. Every interviewee must arrive at the interview area wearing a mask
3. Each Respondent should have identification for identification;
4. Acceptable IDs include:- Resident ID, Caller ID vote, Work ID, Citizenship ID, Passport or identity letter from
Local Government/Village you come from.
5. The interviewees must come with their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from the birth certificate, form IV, VI, Diploma, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree and continue depending on the qualifications
6. Interviewees who will present Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of results, patents Form IV and VI result slips (form V and form VI results slips) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW.
7. Each interviewee will pay for Food, Travel and Accommodation.
8. Each Interviewee should consider the date, time and place he was scheduled to conduct the interview.
9. For applicants who studied outside of Tanzania, make sure their certificates have been checked and approved by Relevant authority (like TCU, NACTE or NECTA)
10. Job applicants whose names did not appear in this advertisement should note that they are not satisfied
parameters. Therefore, do not hesitate to apply again when the job vacancies are announced and comply with the requirements relevant announcement.
11. For cadres who are required to be registered with their Professional Boards, they should bring certificates
their Original Registration along with Operating Licenses.
12. All interviewees called to the interview should make sure they log into their accounts and copy the numbers of the test since those numbers will not be given during the interview
13. All interviewees are informed that the weather in Dodoma City is cold, so you are advised to dress clothing that withstands cold weather.
