We are looking for 4 Customer Support Specialist to provide level 1&2 support to our clients and customers.

Qualities;
1. At least 1 year of experience in customer service
2. Excellent Communication skills in providing Customer care Assistance and First-Hand Resolution in both English and Swahili language especially to Companies’ clients and customers.
3. Good computer literacy and speed
4. Good knowledge and use of Microsoft packages especially excel and outlook
5. Efficient in report writing skills
6. Technical/IT operations or systems is an added advantage.
7. Good attitude & Positive energy
