KILIFAIR is a leading event organizer in Tanzania, specializing in B2B and consumer events for the tourism industry, as well as government functions. We are looking for an experienced Event Manager to join our international team and help us continue delivering world-class events.
Key Responsibilities
As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for:
✅ Planning and managing large-scale events from conception to execution
✅ Leading and motivating the event setup team
✅ Coordinating with clients to understand their requirements and deliver outstanding service
✅ Overseeing event logistics, equipment allocation, and venue preparation
✅ Ensuring smooth event operations while maintaining budget constraints
Qualifications & Requirements
🔹 At least 5 years of experience in Event Planning, Set-Up & Management of large-scale events
🔹 Strong skills in project planning and organization
🔹 Proven experience in sales and event management
🔹 Ability to lead, organize, and motivate a setup team
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
🔹 Bonus: Knowledge of CAD/Event management software is a plus!
🔹 Fluency in English & Kiswahili (written & spoken)
🔹 A valid driver’s license
