• You should possess strong analytical skills, Strategic thinking & leadership abilities.

• Knowledge about banking and Treasury function will be an added advantage.
• You should be able to understand business issues outside of one’s area of expertise.
• Sound knowledge of the Manufacturing industry, preferably FMCG
• Ability to manage Change management projects
• Strong critical thinking & problem-solving skills
• Good presentation skills with knowledge of excel, PPT
• Your ability to communicate effectively will be an enhancer for this role especially as part of a team.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• A qualified chartered accountant with a minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
• Around 10 years of post qualification experience in finance in Mfg. setup, preferably from FMCG.
• Should have experience in Sales/Commercial Finance and FP&A role. Knowledge on OTC & SAP modules are preferred.
