Tangazo la kuitwa usahili ajira za walimu 2024 , The Office of the President, Public Service Recruitment Secretariat was established in accordance with section 29 (1) of the Public Service Act, Cap. 298 as amended in 2019, which provides for the existence of a specialized body to handle the recruitment process in the Public Service.
The Office of the President, Secretariat for Employment in the Public Service issued a notice suspending the interview of Teachers on October 17, 2024, which was based on the announcement of the interview on October 15, 2024.
Thus, through this announcement, the Secretary to the Office of the President, Secretariat for Employment in the Public Service wishes to inform all applicants for the Teaching Cadre whose interview was temporarily suspended that the interview will be held from January 14, 2025 to February 24, 2025. The schedule for this interview will be available on the Secretariat for Employment Website (www.ajira.go.tz) and the official social media of the Institution.
Similarly, the Secretary of the Public Service Employment Secretariat informs all candidates for the teaching cadres that the written interview (selection) and face-to-face interviews will be held within the regions where the candidates reside and they will be assigned to work centers based on their performance anywhere in the country.
Therefore, applicants for teaching cadres and those who applied for commercial and trade cadres are required to update their current physical address information on the ‘Ajira Portal’ system so that you can be assigned to an interview center near your current residence. The announcement of names to be shown when you go for the interview will be released on January 06, 2025 through the website of the Employment Secretariat, the official social networks of the Institution and the accounts of job seekers on the ‘Employment Portal’ system.
Also, all those called for the interview are required to bring their original professional certificates, Birth Certificate along with their original identification for Identification.
Recognizable identifications include and; Citizenship Identification Card (NIDA), Resident Identification Card, Voter Identification Card, Travel Document, Driver’s License, Work Identification Card, Letter of Identification from the Local Government Office where you live or Sheha.
In addition, the Office of the President, Secretariat for Employment in the Public Service reminds all job seekers that the employment process is conducted based on the principles of Merit, Justice, Equity and Transparency, so you should refrain from giving bribes and receiving false information.
