The Higher Education Students’ Loans Board (HESLB) has officially released a public notice confirming the successful allocation of education loans to diploma students who applied during the March 2025 window. For the 2024/2025 academic year, HESLB has allocated loans to a total of 9,144 diploma students, with the total loan value reaching TZS 23,981,542,101.00.

Here’s the breakdown:

• First-year students: 7,040 students received loans totaling TZS 18,242,010,001.00

• Continuing students: 2,104 students received loans totaling TZS 5,739,532,100.00
