🔍 Key Responsibilities
✅ Execute regional sales strategies across Voice, Data & Airtel Money
✅ Drive distributor, agent & retail engagement
✅ Lead and coach sales teams toward performance targets
✅ Monitor daily sales KPIs and trade visibility
✅ Oversee promotional activities and product launches
✅ Ensure compliance with company and trade policies
🎓 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5–7 years of experience in commercial sales (telecom or FMCG preferred)
At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Project management knowledge is a plus
