EVANS AUTOTRAVEL COMPANY LIMITED, a company engaged in the distribution of SMARTEFD products, invites applications for the following position:
👉 ZONAL SALES MANAGER (2 Posts)
📍 Mbeya
📍 Mwanza
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Lead and manage the sales team within the assigned zone
-Develop and implement strategies to increase SMARTEFD sales
-Monitor sales targets and ensure they are achieved
-Manage relationships with clients and agents
-Prepare and submit sales reports to management
-Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
🔹 REQUIREMENTS:
-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
-Minimum of 2years’ experience in sales (FMCG or tech products is an added advantage).
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to meet targets
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Must be target-driven and results-oriented
-Knowledge of Mbeya or Mwanza markets will be an added advantage
