GSM Group is Hiring a Procurement Officer

Key Responsibilities
The Procurement Officer will be responsible for supporting and managing procurement activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key duties include:
- Managing procurement activities in line with company policies and procedures.
- Sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations.
- Preparing purchase orders.
- Monitoring supplier performance, pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Supporting cost-saving initiatives and supplier negotiations.
- Maintaining procurement records.
- Preparing procurement reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this Procurement Officer job, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Have at least three years of relevant working experience.
- Possess CSP/MCIPS or another relevant professional certification, which will be considered an added advantage.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
- Have good analytical and communication skills.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
