Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the overall transportation and distribution of products.

• Plan fleet schedules, vehicle allocations, and delivery routes.

• Supervise drivers, turnboys, and logistics operational personnel.

• Track fuel consumption, transit efficiency, and transportation costs.

• Oversee cargo loading and unloading operations to prevent product damage.

• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, repairs, and fleet safety compliance.

• Prepare and present periodic operational reports on logistics performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years or more of practical experience in logistics and fleet/transport management.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in computer applications, specifically Microsoft Excel and Tally.

• Competencies: Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication abilities; capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
