Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and maintain optimal inventory levels.

• Record and verify all incoming and outgoing goods.

• Conduct regular physical stock counts and perform stock reconciliations.

• Prepare, generate, and submit accurate inventory reports to management.

• Track low-stock items, damaged goods, and product expiration dates.

• Ensure stock records and system data are kept precise, accurate, and up to date.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Inventory Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.

• Experience: Practical work experience in stock, warehouse, or inventory control.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems/software; proven experience in stock counting and reconciliation.

• Competencies: High level of integrity, strong attention to detail, personal accountability, and effective teamwork and communication skills.
