Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all incoming and outgoing goods and inventory.

• Monitor, record, and maintain optimal stock levels.

• Ensure all products are stored safely and under proper operational conditions.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse/store personnel.

• Prevent stock loss, theft, damage, and inventory shrinkage.

• Enforce adherence to company procedures, guidelines, and inventory controls.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Procurement, Warehouse Management, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years or more of practical experience in warehouse or store management.

• Computer Skills: Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and stock control software.

• Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills; high level of integrity, discipline, and accountability.
