DOFBIT Group Ltd is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting products/services, and driving sales while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Provide accurate information about products and services
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on leads
Handle complaints professionally and efficiently
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service and/or sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Good problem-solving skills
Proficiency in basic computer applications
A positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
