The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has announced the list of students selected to receive scholarships under the Samia Scholarship Programme for the 2026/2027 academic year.

The scholarships have been awarded to 1,000 students who achieved outstanding performance in the National Form Six Examinations administered by the National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA) in science subject combinations.

The beneficiaries will receive funding for their undergraduate studies after applying for or securing admission into degree programmes in Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Medicine, in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Higher Education Students’ Loans Board (HESLB).
