Job Purpose

The Microfinance Operations Manager will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to the company’s microfinance business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth and Portfolio Development

The Microfinance Operations Manager will:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive loan portfolio growth.
  • Support customer acquisition and business expansion.
  • Explore new market segments and business opportunities.

  • Ensure the organization meets its growth and portfolio targets.

2. Lending Operations and Credit Management
